Backed up by the University of New Mexico to create a new ultra savoury hot sauce, Cajohn's started the cultivation of Naga Jolokia peppers, one of the hottest chilli peppers in the world. This is how Holy Jolokia was born. Its aromatic smell which imparts appetising flavours is nothing compared to its awesome taste. The heat hits you with much intensity and gives way to smokey undertones as it subsides.
Holy Jolokia is definitely not for beginners but absolutely perfect for experienced chilli-heads. Do not use it bare as a sauce but as an additive only. Either enjoyed with chocolate or meat, it will be a real flavour explosion. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
