Cajohn outdid himself one more time with this uncommon recipe made up with a hot blend of Habanero and Chipotle peppers infused with Bourbon jim Beam. The result is terrific. The distinct sweet and smokey notes of the peppers are topped with an enjoyable touch of Bourbon which, altogether, make a great steak sauce. Hot without being mindblowing, Cajohn's sauce works well also with barbecued meat especially beef.
