Originally from Mexico and the Caribbean, the Red Habanero is very hot and used to be the world hottest chilli pepper a few years ago. Similarly to most exotic plants, it fears the cold and the germination process is best done from January to April in a warm spot (25°C to 30°C). The Chilli Growing Kit is a nice alternative to ensure a successful harvest when placed on a radiator.
