The Hot Thai is a small chilli pepper of 4 cm long with a rather tough skin. Once ripe, its heat ranks 50,000 to 100,000 Scoville Units.This plant fears the cold and is best cultivated in greenhouses. Put them outside when there is no longer a risk of frost.
